Order Management Tabs
1. New Requests
This tab displays all incoming orders that have not yet been accepted. It consolidates both ASAP (immediate delivery) orders and Scheduled orders in one convenient location, allowing you to:
View all new incoming orders awaiting confirmation
Prioritize orders based on delivery type and timing requirements
Take immediate action on pending orders
2. ASAP Orders
These are orders requiring immediate processing and delivery:
Upon confirmation, ASAP orders will automatically move to the "Confirmed" tab
When their status is updated to "Ready," they will move to the "Ready to Deliver" tab
3. Schedule Orders
These are orders pre-booked for future delivery times:
Upon confirmation, Schedule orders will move to the "Schedule" tab
When their status is updated to "Ready," they will move to the "Ready to Deliver" tab
Order Progress Tracking
4. Schedule Tab
This tab displays all confirmed scheduled orders that are pending delivery. Here you can:
Monitor all future deliveries in chronological order
Prepare inventory and staffing for upcoming scheduled orders
Update order status as preparation begins
5. Confirmed Tab
This tab shows all confirmed ASAP orders that are pending delivery. Features include:
Real-time view of all orders currently in preparation
Ability to track preparation progress
Functionality to update order status as needed
6. Ready to Deliver Tab
This tab displays all orders (both ASAP and Scheduled) that have been prepared and are ready for pickup by delivery personnel. From here, you can:
Coordinate with delivery staff for efficient pickup
Monitor which orders are waiting for drivers
Track the time orders have been waiting for delivery
7. On The Way Tab
This tab shows all orders that have been picked up by delivery personnel and are en route to customers. This allows you to:
Track active deliveries in progress
Monitor delivery timeframes
Address any delivery delays or issues proactively
Order History and Management
8. Delivered Tab
This tab provides a comprehensive record of all successfully delivered orders, enabling you to:
Review delivery performance metrics
Verify completed deliveries
Access historical order information when needed
9. Cancelled Tab
This tab displays all orders that did not proceed to delivery, including:
Orders cancelled automatically by the system
Orders cancelled manually by staff
Comprehensive records for analysis of cancellation patterns
10. Abandoned Tab
This tab shows orders where customers:
Attempted to pay online but the transaction failed
Began the ordering process but did not complete it
Provides valuable insights for improving conversion rates
