Step 1) Access User Management
In the top navigation of your developer account, click "Program resources"
Under "Additional resources," click "Users and Access"
Step 2) Initiate Invitation
Click the add button (+)
Step 3) Enter Developer Information
In the dialog that appears, enter:
Developer's first name
Developer's last name
Developer's email address
Step 4) Assign Appropriate Role
Under Roles, select the user's role as Admin or Developer

Step 5) Send Invitation
Click "Invite"
Once completed, the developer will receive an email invitation to join your Apple Developer account. They can then accept the invitation and gain access to upload your iOS app to the App Store under your brand name. This allows your customers to easily find and download your branded app on iOS devices.
