How to add & remove a WhatsApp Support Button in Customer App Home page?

Follow these steps to enable WhatsApp support for your customers:

Step 1

Open the master admin panel, go to settings and open the Integration section.

Step 2

Navigate to the customer support section.
​


Step 3

Enable the WhatsApp option and you will get a popup to add the phone number. Enter your support WhatsApp number and click save.


​Note: If you wish to remove this WhatsApp support button later, simply remove the WhatsApp number and save the empty field.
