Setting Up Loyalty Cash Rewards System

Loyalty Cash is a powerful feature that automatically rewards your customers with wallet credits when their orders are successfully delivered. This guide will walk you through how to set up and configure this customer retention tool.

Accessing Loyalty Cash Settings

  1. Log in to your Deonde admin dashboard

  2. Navigate to Settings

  3. Select General

  4. Click on the Wallet tab

Configuring Your Loyalty Program

Step 1: Activate Loyalty Cash

  • Find the "Loyalty Cash" section in the Wallet settings

  • Toggle the Active switch to ON (it will turn green when enabled)

Step 2: Set Minimum Order Value

  • In the Minimum item total in order for earning field, enter the threshold amount

  • This is the minimum order value customers must reach to qualify for rewards

  • Example: Enter "200" if orders must be $200 or more to earn rewards

Step 3: Set Reward Percentage

  • Enter your desired percentage in the Loyalty Cash Value (In Percentage) field

  • This determines what percentage of the order total will be given as rewards

  • Example: If you enter "5", customers earn 5% of their order value in wallet credits

Step 4: Save Your Settings

  • Click the Save button to apply your configuration

How It Works

The system automatically calculates rewards based on your settings:

  • When a customer places an order above your minimum threshold (e.g., $200)

  • The system calculates the reward using your set percentage (e.g., 5%)

  • After successful delivery, the calculated amount is added to the customer's wallet

  • Customers can use their accumulated wallet balance on future orders

Example: If a customer orders $500 worth of items, they'll receive $25 (5% of $500) in their wallet after delivery, which they can use on their next purchase.

Best Practices

  • Start with a modest reward percentage (2-3%) and adjust based on results

  • Clearly communicate the loyalty program to your customers

  • Consider seasonal adjustments to boost sales during slow periods
