Adding Custom Content Pages to Your Deonde Platform

Custom pages are essential for providing important information to your users, such as legal policies, Returns policy or about sections. This guide will show you how to create and manage these pages in your Deonde dashboard.

Accessing the Page Creation Feature

  1. Log in to your Deonde admin dashboard

  2. Navigate to Settings in the left sidebar

  3. Scroll down and select Pages

  4. Click on Add Content Page button

Creating a New Page

Step 1: Enter Page Details

  • Fill in the Page Name field with your desired title (e.g., "Terms & Conditions," "Privacy Policy")

  • You can select from predefined options in the dropdown menu or type a custom name

Step 2: Choose Content Type

  • Select between two content types:

    • Content: For pages where you'll write or paste text directly

    • Link: For redirecting to an external URL

Step 3: Set Visibility Options

  • Under Display In, choose where this page should appear:

    • Customer: Visible on the customer-facing app/website

    • Partner: Visible to restaurant/vendor partners

    • Driver: Visible to delivery personnel

Step 4: Add Your Content

  • Use the rich text editor to create your page content

  • The editor includes formatting tools similar to word processors:

    • Text formatting (bold, italic, underline)

    • Paragraph styles and alignment

    • Lists and indentation

    • Insert tables, links, or images

Step 5: Save Your Page

  • Click the Save or Submit button at the bottom of the form to publish your page

Managing Predefined Page Templates

Deonde offers several predefined page templates to help you quickly create standard pages:

  • Terms & Conditions

  • Privacy Policy

  • Refund Policy

  • Shipping & Delivery Policy

To use these templates:

  1. Click in the Page Name field

  2. Select one of the predefined options from the dropdown menu

  3. The system will pre-fill some basic content that you can customize

Best Practices for Content Pages

  • Keep Legal Pages Updated: Regularly review and update your Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy

  • Use Clear Language: Write in simple, easy-to-understand language

  • Mobile Optimization: Remember that many users will view these pages on mobile devices

  • Include Contact Information: Add clear contact details on pages where users might have questions

  • Preview Before Publishing: Use the preview function to see how your page will appear to users
