How to Activate Wallet for Customers?

Follow these simple steps to enable the wallet feature for your customers:


​Step 1: Navigate to Settings in the left sidebar menu

Step 2: Select General from the settings options

Step 3: Click the Wallet tab in the top navigation bar

Configuration Options

The wallet feature offers several configuration options:

  1. Wallet Activation Toggle - Turn the wallet feature on/off using the green toggle switch

  2. Maximum Wallet Amount Limit - Set the maximum amount customers can store in their wallet

    • Example: 5000

  3. Maximum Wallet Recharge Limit - Set the maximum amount customers can add to their wallet in a single transaction

    • Example: 1500

Wallet Recharge Activation - Enable/disable the ability for customers to add funds to their wallet
