The Deonde Driver App helps delivery partners receive delivery jobs and manage deliveries directly from their mobile phone. You can receive delivery requests, accept them, navigate to pickup and delivery locations, and update delivery status - all from one simple app. This guide will help you get started in just a few minutes.
Steps to Follow
Step 1: Download the App
For iPhone: Download from App Store
For Android: Download from Google Play
Step 2: Get Your Login Details
Login to your Deonde dashboard on computer
Go to Delivery → Driver → View Driver Details
Find and copy your driver email address
Step 3: Login to the App
Open the Deonde Driver app
Enter your driver email from Step 2
Enter password: 123456 (default password)
Tap Login
Step 4: Set Location Permission (Important!)
Go to your phone settings
Find App Permissions or Privacy
Select Deonde Driver app
Change Location Permission to "Always" or "Allow all the time"
This is required to receive delivery jobs
Step 5: Go Online to Receive Jobs
After login, look at the top right corner of the app
Tap the "Online" button to start receiving delivery jobs
Important: You must be online to receive delivery requests
Step 6: Managing Deliveries
Accept delivery jobs when they arrive
Navigate to pickup location (restaurant/store)
Mark as "Picked Up" when you collect the order
Navigate to customer location
Mark as "Delivered" when order is completed
