The process depends on the type of plan you wish to change to. Please see the relevant section for details.

1. Log in to an account with Administrator privileges for the Workspace. Go to the Admin Console and click “Upgrade to Flexible Plan.”

2. Click on the “Select Payment Method” button.

3. Please select your preferred payment method from the available options.

Credit card payments are billed monthly, while Invoice Payments (bank transfer) are billed annually. Regardless of the payment method, you can use the services immediately.

4. Enter your billing information and submit the application.

Please specify the number of contracted members in the “Qty” or “Quantity” field.

Select between 4 and 49 members.

Please specify the number of contracted members in the “Maximum Users” field.

Select between 4 and 49 members.

Your plan will change to the Flexible Plan after completing these steps.

The Enterprise Plan offers a 45-day free trial period. Please visit the following page to request a trial. We will create a Trial Workspace for you.

Please use the trial period to consider your organization’s requirements, including the number of members and SSO integration. If you wish to continue with the Enterprise Plan after the trial period, please contact Customer Support (help@deploygate.com) so we can make the necessary arrangements.

After switching from a Free Plan to another plan, you cannot downgrade your plan.

If you wish to downgrade, you must create a new Workspace.
