How to Change Plans
Changing from a Flexible Plan to an Enterprise Plan requires manual intervention by our company.
The Enterprise Plan offers a 45-day free trial period. Please visit the following page to request a trial. We will create a Trial Workspace for you.
Please use the trial period to consider your organization’s requirements, including the number of members and SSO integration. If you wish to continue with the Enterprise Plan after the trial period, please contact Customer Support (help@deploygate.com) so we can make the necessary arrangements.
We will provide/request the following information.
Signing Memorandum
Entering Billing Information
Deleting Trial Workspace (The Enterprise Plan will use the Flexible Plan’s Workspace)
Caution
After switching from a Flexible Plan to an Enterprise Plan, you cannot revert to the Flexible Plan with your existing Workspace.
During the trial period, we will create a separate Workspace. Please use it separately from your Flexible Plan’s Workspace, as the Trial Workspace will be deleted once the trial ends.
