If your replacement iPhone is recognized as your previous device or a different model, please try the following:

  • Go to iPhone's Settings and Delete Profile

  • Go to iPhone's Settings and ”Clear History and Website Data”

  • Access DeployGate and Reinstall Profile

If none of these solutions work, please contact help@deploygate.com with the information below.

  • iPhone device type

  • iOS version

  • UDID of your iPhone (if possible)
