Is There A Way to Remove Registered UDIDs?

The following are some of the device types that appear on the UDID list.

  • UDIDs registered to the Provisioning Profile

  • UDIDs on devices owned by users with access to the app (including yourself)

  • UDIDs added by using distribution pages


Please take one of the following four actions to delete a registered UDID:

  1. For UDIDs registered to the Provisioning Profile

  2. For UDIDs associated with users

  3. For UDIDs associated with testers

  4. For UDIDs added by using distribution pages

1. For UDIDs registered to the Provisioning Profile

Please remove the UDID from the Provisioning Profile.

2. For UDIDs associated with users

Go to “Dashboard” > “YOUR DEVICES” and identify the appropriate device. Select the “Remove iOS Device” button to remove the device.

3. For UDIDs associated with testers

On the app’s detail page, the “TESTERS” section will have a list of users. Open the menu next to the appropriate user and select “Remove this user” to remove them.

4. For UDIDs added by using distribution pages

On the distribution management page’s “Devices Using This Distribution” section, select the trash can icon next to the appropriate device.
