Unfortunately, you cannot change your DeployGate username. However, it is possible to change your “display name,” which is the name that other users can see.
If you would still like to change your username, you must first delete your account. After you delete your account, you can create a new account with your preferred username.
Should you decide to delete your original account, please visit the following page first. Please note that deleting your account is a permanent process and cannot be reversed.
If you would like to change your “display name,” which is visible to other users, please go to the account settings page.
The display name you specify in your account settings will be visible to other members, including other users in your Organization.
The display name can be set in Japanese or English.
If you do not specify a display name, your username (3 or more alphanumeric characters) will be displayed instead.
