How do I cancel a paid plan?

Personal Pro, Organization, Enterprise

Please see the relevant section below for details on how to cancel your paid plan.

Please note that the cancellation process varies by plan type and payment method.

Plans for businesses (Flexible Plan)

Credit Card Payments

Please go to the Admin Console of the Workspace. Go to the Settings section with the admin user and select the “Pay by credit card” tab. Click on the " Customer Portal (Stripe)" link to proceed with your plan’s cancellation.

Invoiced Billing

You cannot cancel Personal Pro Plans with invoiced billing from the DeployGate dashboard. Please contact us at help@deploygate.com with the following information.

  • name of the Workspace

Indie Plan (Personal Pro Plan)

※ Please note that new applications for the Personal Pro Plan ended on March 14, 2022. If you cancel this plan, you will not be able to reapply or use your existing services.

Credit Card Payments

Please go to the Account Settings (https://deploygate.com/payments) section of your DeployGate dashboard. Select the Free Plan button to proceed with your paid Personal Pro Plan’s cancellation.

PayPal Payments

You cannot cancel PayPal payments from the DeployGate dashboard. Please visit the PayPal website and cancel your automatic payments from the account settings page.

Invoiced Billing

You cannot cancel Personal Pro Plans with invoiced billing from the DeployGate dashboard. Please contact us at help@deploygate.com with the following information.

  • Username (or email address)

Organization Plans (Startup Plan, Business Plan, and Large Business Plan)

※ Please note that new applications for the Organization Plans ended. If you cancel this plan, you will not be able to reapply or use your existing services.

Credit Card Payments

Please go to the Organization’s page from your DeployGate dashboard. Go to the Settings section and select the Current Plan tab. Click on the "Please cancel your current plan here" link to proceed with your plan’s cancellation.

PayPal Payments

You cannot cancel PayPal payments from the DeployGate dashboard. Please visit the PayPal website and cancel your automatic payments from the account settings page.

Invoiced Billing

You cannot cancel Organization Plans with invoiced billing from the DeployGate dashboard. Please contact us at help@deploygate.com with the following information.

  • Organization name

  • If you want to change your current plan to Flexible or Enterprise Plan, please let us know about that

We will cancel your payment and notify you by email when the cancellation process is complete.

Enterprise Plan

You cannot cancel Enterprise Plans from the DeployGate dashboard. Please contact us at help@deploygate.com with the following information.

  • Enterprise name

  • Reason for cancellation

Other Plans

Please contact us at help@deploygate.com if you would like to cancel a plan that is not listed.
