If you are on the paid plan, please cancel your plan subscription first.
Account Deletion Guide
1. Login to DeployGate via the following link.
2. Click “Account Settings” under your username, located at the upper right corner of the page.
If you are unable to locate the “Account Settings” button, you can access the page by the following link.
The following steps differ depending on your account type. Please see the relevant section below.
For Free Plan
Select the “Profile” menu, then click the “Proceed to Account Cancellation” button at the bottom of the page.
Please read the information on the page that appears and enter your account password.
When you click “Delete Account”, your account will be removed and all information linked to the account will also be deleted.
Your account cannot be restored once it is deleted. Please proceed only if you wish to permanently delete your account.
For Individual Plan
Go to “Plans” and click the hyperlink in the sentence that says “Please visit here to cancel your current plan” at the bottom of the page.
Please read the information on the page that appears and enter your account password.
When you click “Delete Account”, your account will be removed and all information linked to the account will also be deleted.
Your account cannot be restored once it is deleted. Please proceed only if you wish to permanently delete your account.
For other plans
Go to “Plans” and click “Delete account” at the bottom of the page.
Click the “Delete Account” button to delete the account.
Your account will be removed completely and all information registered on your account will be deleted by this action.
