How to change credit card information on DeployGate?

To change the credit card information, please follow the instruction below, depending on a plan you contract and your payment method.

Flexible plan

Go “Settings” > “Pay by credit card” on the Admin Console of the Workspace.

Click the “Customer Portal (Stripe)” link.

Register your credit card information from the “Add payment method” button and delete the existing one.

Old Personal Pro plan

※ Please note that new applications for the Personal Pro plan ended on March 14, 2022.

Go “Account Settings” > “Payment Method” and edit the credit card information. For more details, please review the following link.

Old Organization plans (Startup/Business/Large Business)

Go “Settings” > “Payment Method” and edit the credit card information by accessing the page with Owner users of the Organization.

Subscribed before 2014

If you subscribed to the plans before 2014, payment is accepted through either PayPal or invoice payment. In case you are using PayPal for payment and need to update your credit card information, please make the changes directly on PayPal.

The email address used for logging in to PayPal is identical to the one registered when you subscribed to the plan and received the email titled “You sent an automatic payment to DeployGate Inc”.
