Starting a Contract
We will send the invoice by email within five business days of your paid plan’s start date.
Using the contract start date as a starting point, the payment due date is the end of the following calendar month.
Example:
Application Date: July 14, 2024
Contract Start Date: July 15, 2024
Invoice Date: Email sent by July 22, 2024
Payment Due Date: August 31, 2024
※For Flexible Plan customers, the Application Date and the Contract Start Date are the same.
Renewing a Contract
The contract will automatically renew unless you notify us of your cancellation.
Please contact us at least one month prior to your renewal date if you would like to make changes to the contract.
We will send the invoice by email within five business days of your contract renewal date.
Using the new contract’s start date as a starting point, the payment due date is the end of the following calendar month.
Example:
New Contract Start Date: July 15, 2024
Renewal Notification Date: Email sent by May 31, 2024
Contract Change Deadline: June 15, 2024 (One month prior to renewal)
Invoice Date: Email sent by July 22, 2024
Payment Due Date: August 31, 2024
Adding Members Mid-Contract
Please visit the following links for information on adding members during your contract period.
We will send the invoice by email within five business days of the effective date for the additional members.
The payment due date is the end of the following calendar month after the effective date.
Please note that member fees are monthly, and they will not be prorated for unused days or partial months.
Example:
Contract Period: April 1, 2024 ~ March 31, 2025
Additional Member Effective Date: July 15, 2024
Invoice Date: Email sent by July 22, 2024
Payment Due Date: August 31, 2024
※The invoice will be for the nine-month-period between July 1, 2024, and March 31, 2025.
