Those who use bill payment are eligible.
When you start a contract
We will send you an invoice by email in about 7 business days after applying for a paid plan.
Payment deadline will be the end of the next month after the month of starting the contract.
Example:
Application date: October 15, 2018
Starting date: November 1, 2018
Email of invoice date: around 22 October 2018
Transfer deadline: December 31, 2018
When you renew your contract
The contract will be automatically renewed unless you contact us.
If you need to change your current contract, please inform us by 4 weeks before the new contract start date.
We will email you an invoice 2 - 4 weeks before the new contract start date.
The end of the next month of the new contract start date will be the payment deadline.
Example:
New contract start date: December 15, 2018
Email sending date of invoice: around November 18, 2018
Transfer deadline: January 31, 2019
