If the installation for iOS apps fails, please review and try the following steps:

  • If your device already has the same app installed, please uninstall it before reinstalling the new version.

  • Please retry the installation after clearing Safari’s history and cookies.

  • Go to “Settings” > “Safari” > “Clear History and Website Data” to clear history and cookies.

  • Please reboot your device and retry the installation.

  • If you get an error message that warns you about an expiration, please review the Provisioning Profile expiration date.

  • If the IPA file name contains double-byte characters (such as those found in the Japanese language), it leads to download failure. Please change the file name.

If you still encounter issues after following these steps, please contact us with the following information.

  • The app’s Bundle identifier

  • The username or Organization name the app belongs to

  • The latest revision number that you can successfully install the app
