You can set multiple email addresses as the contact email at “Setting” > “Payment Method.” Separate the email addresses with commas.
Please select an organization and click on the “Setting” button on the organization detail page.
On the “Setting” page, please select “Payment Method” on the left column and input email addresses, each separated by a comma, in the “Email (multiple emails allowed)” field of the “Edit Billing Information” section, as shown below.
