Account reductions on Enterprise plans (available only in Japan)

Current contracts

We are afraid that we cannot accept account reduction requests for the current contract period.

Contract renewals

If you would like to reduce the number of accounts for your contract renewal, please contact us at help@deploygate.com or via “Contact support” and specify the number of accounts you wish to eliminate. Any changes will be valid for the next contract period.

The minimum number of accounts is 20, and you can adjust the number in increments of 20.

If you need a quotation, please let us know when you contact us.

Downgrade to another Organization plan

Before downgrading your plan, please perform the following steps:

  1. Verify and adjust plan limits to ensure that you have not exceeded these limits.

  2. Select the desired plan from “Settings” > “Current Plan.”

Please note that the new plan will be effective as of the next contract period and after the current contract expires.

Additionally, the requirements for payment methods may differ. Please ensure that you read the instructions in full and comply with all the requirements.

1) Verify and adjust plan limits to ensure that you have not exceeded limits

The numbers of the following items must not exceed the maximum limits of the new plan.

  • Apps

  • Developers

  • Teams

Please check the maximum limits for each Organization plan at:

If any item exceeds the plan limits, you cannot select the target plan. Please confirm the number of Apps, Developers, and Teams before making changes.

If you exceed any limits, please delete excess items or reconsider your desired plan.

e.g.) Downgrade from Business plan to Startup plan.

  • Apps 10 -> 4

  • Developers 4

  • Teams 4 -> 2

⇒ Please decrease the number of Apps from 10 to 4 and the number of Teams from 4 to 2 (default maximums for Startup plan).

2) Select the desired plan from “Settings” > “Current Plan”

Precautions for each payment method

Invoice Payments (available only in Japan)

Please contact customer support with the following information no later than 30 days prior to the contract renewal date. The new plan will be effective as of the contract renewal date.

  • Organization name

  • Target plan

e.g.) Downgrade from Business plan to Startup plan:

  • Contract period: 6 months from April 1st

  • Contract renewal date: October 1st

  • Application deadline: September 1st ※ 30 days before the contract renewal date

Credit card or PayPal

The monthly contract renews automatically, and the downgrade will be effective as of the next billing date.

e.g.) Downgrade from Business plan to Startup plan:

  • Application date: April 20th

  • Billing date: April 4th

  • Next billing date: May 5th
