How do I check and change the billing address for Flexible/Enterprise plan?

For Invoiced Billing

You can view and edit the billing information from the Enterprise Admin Console’s Settings section. You can also access the page from the following link by replacing <Enterprise name> with the actual name of your Enterprise.

https://deploygate.com/enterprises/<Enterprise name>/settings/payments/edit

You can register more than one email address as your billing and contact email address. For more details, please visit the following link.

For Credit Card Payment (Only for Flexible plan)

Note: We don’t accept credit card payment for Enterprise plan. Please review the following page for available payment methods for each plan.

Please access the “Settings” > “Pay by Credit Card” on the Admin Console and proceed the following steps.

This action can only be performed from accounts with administrator privileges.

  1. Click the “Settings” button on the Admin Console.

  2. Click the “Customer Portal (Stripe)”.

  3. Confirm the billing information on the Stripe page and edit it by clicking “Update information”.
