There are 3 things we’d like you to keep in mind before choosing a plan.

Sharing User Accounts

Sharing user accounts is prohibited by the terms, DeployGate Terms of Use, Article 3, Section 2. For more details, please review the link below.

If you plan to use DeployGate with multiple people, please select an Organization Plan (Startup, Business, or Large Business) or an Enterprise Plan. Each individual user must create their own account.

These requirements are in place to mitigate the following risks.

Data breaches from employee turnover

  • If an individual account user leaves a company, they may continue to have access to the account unless the account’s email address and password are changed.

  • Even if the login credentials are frequently changed, it’s difficult to keep all team members updated with the latest information.

Inability to identify an individual if issues arise

  • If an uploaded application is deleted, it would be impossible to identify the responsible party.

  • Because all devices are associated with a single account, it would be impossible to determine whose device an app is downloaded to.

Corporate Use

To accompany the release of the Flexible Plan, we have stopped accepting new applications for the Organization Plan (Startup, Business, Large Business).

After the release of the Flexible Plan, please consider applying Flexible Plan or Enterprise Plan and click here for details.

Personal Plans are designed for individual use, and their features reflect an individual developer’s requirements. For example, user management is on a per-app basis, and there is no option to manage users for multiple apps simultaneously. As such, it presents challenges regarding access rights that arise from employee turnover.

When Personal Plans are used by businesses, there’s a risk that access rights are improperly managed, which may result in data breaches. The disconnect between the plan’s features, its intended audience (individuals), and the actual use environment (businesses) means that we’re not only unable to provide the experience we want, but we’re also putting customers at risk. It also makes it more difficult to provide quality service, as it increases the strain on customer support and affects our development capabilities. Naturally, this is not something we desire.

If you have a large number of external testers who only install apps

If you have many testers who are not on your team, please consider using the Distribution Page to distribute your apps. For more details, please review the following page:
