If you are downsizing development projects or desire a smaller plan than your existing Enterprise Plan or Enterprise Trial, you may want to downgrade your plan. If you would like to downgrade to a Flexible Plan, please be aware of the following restrictions.

  • For security purposes, members added to an Enterprise cannot be added to a Flexible Plan’s Workspace. Please delete the members from the Enterprise before proceeding with the downgrade and migration.

  • Organizations created for the Enterprise cannot be migrated to a Flexible Plan. Additionally, Organization ID Names cannot be reused. If you would like to create an Organization for the Flexible Plan’s Workspace, you must specify a new Organization ID Name or delete the existing Organization from the Enterprise.
※Note: The Organization’s display name does not have to be unique. If you prefer, you can specify a new Organization ID Name while keeping the display name the same.

  • Applications uploaded to the Enterprise cannot be migrated to a Flexible Plan. After applying for a Flexible Plan, create a new Organization and re-upload the applications.

If you understand these restrictions and would still like to downgrade your plan, please follow these steps to proceed with the migration.

  1. Contact Customer Support to cancel your Enterprise Plan

  2. Delete members from the Enterprise

  3. Apply for a Flexible Plan

  4. Invite members

  5. Create an Organization

  6. Invite members and upload apps to the Organization

The details of each step are outlined below.

1. Contact Customer Support to cancel your Enterprise Plan

The Enterprise Plan cannot be canceled from the DeployGate dashboard. Please contact customer support to proceed with the cancellation process. Then, please follow the steps below.

If you are on an Enterprise Trial, you will lose access to Enterprise Plan features at the conclusion of your 45-day trial period. You will not be automatically charged.

Even after the trial period ends, you can still access the Enterprise to proceed with the following steps.

2. Delete members from the Enterprise

For security purposes, members added to an Enterprise cannot be invited to a Flexible Plan’s Workspace.

If you would like to add Enterprise members to the new Workspace, an Enterprise administrator must first delete them from the Enterprise.
