If you are downsizing development projects or desire a smaller plan than your existing Enterprise Plan or Enterprise Trial, you may want to downgrade your plan. If you would like to downgrade to a Flexible Plan, please be aware of the following restrictions.

  • Members added to a Workspace cannot be added to other Workspaces for security purposes.
Please delete the members from the Workspace before proceeding with the downgrade and migration.

  • Projects created for the Workspace cannot be migrated to another Workspace.

  • Project names should be unique throughout the service. You cannot use the same project name, even if it is under a different Workspace.
Please either specify a different ID, or delete the existing project from the Enterprise plan Workspace and create the Project in the Flexible plan Workspace.
※Note: The Project’s display name does not have to be unique.

  • Applications uploaded to the Workspace cannot be migrated to other Workspaces.
After applying for a Flexible Plan, create a new Project and re-upload the applications.

If you understand these restrictions and would still like to downgrade your plan, please follow these steps to proceed with the migration.

The details of each step are outlined below.

1. Contact Customer Support to cancel your Enterprise Plan

The Enterprise Plan cannot be canceled from the DeployGate dashboard. Please contact customer support to proceed with the cancellation process. Then, please follow steps 2 onward.

If you are on an Enterprise Trial, you will lose access to Enterprise Plan features at the conclusion of your 45-day trial period. You will not be automatically charged.

Even after the trial period ends, you can still access the Workspace to proceed with steps 2 onward.

2. Delete members from the Workspace

For security purposes, members added to a Workspace cannot be invited to other Workspaces.

If you would like to add Workspace members to the new Workspace, a Workspace administrator must first delete them from the Workspace.

Please visit the following page for details about deleting members.

3. Apply for a Flexible Plan

Please visit the link below to apply for a Flexible Plan.

To ensure a smooth migration, please submit the application from the account that will be registered as the administrator.

4. Invite Members to the Workspace

Once your application for the Flexible plan is complete, you’ll be able to access the admin console of the newly created workspace.

When applying for the Flexible Plan, you will reach the following screen towards the end of the application process.

Please enter the email addresses or usernames of the members you wish to invite and click on the “Invite” button.

You can also skip this step and invite members from the Management Screen at a later time.

Please visit the link below for more details.

5. Create a Project

You can create up to 10 Projects on the Flexible Plan.

Please visit the link below for information on how to create a Project.

*Note: You cannot reuse a Project Name. If you would like to reuse the Project Name from your Workspace, please delete the Project before you cancel your Enterprise Plan. Please visit the following page for information on how to delete a Project.

6. Invite members to the Project

Invite members to the Project you created in step 5.

If you are an administrator of the Workspace, please visit here for information on how to invite members to a Project.

Additionally, users on the Project’s owner teams can also invite members to their specific Project. Please visit the link below for more details.

7. Upload apps to the Project
