Please see the relevant section below for steps to change your currency, as the process varies by plan type.

Flexible Plan

Please contact customer support to change your currency.

Old Plan

You can select the currency (USD or JPY) for your payments when you apply for a plan and use a credit card as your payment method.

Indie Plans

To change the currency, you must cancel the plan first.

However, please note that new applications for the Personal Pro Plan ended on March 14, 2022. If you cancel this plan, you will not be able to reapply or use your existing services.

If you wish to change the currency and cancel, please consider our other plans to find a suitable alternative.

Organization Plans (Startup, Business, Large Business)

To change the currency, you must cancel your current plan first. When you reapply, you can select a different currency.

Once you cancel your current plan, as long as you complete the application process before your existing plan expires, you will not experience any interruptions to your services.

To access the currency selection page, please follow these steps.

Go to the Organization’s “Settings” page and the “Current Plan” tab to select your desired plan.

Once you’ve chosen a plan, you will be redirected to the following page to select your currency and enter your payment information.
