If you pay by credit card, you can change the payment currency.
Please see the relevant section below for steps to change your currency, as the process varies by plan type.
For Flexible Plan
To change your payment currency, please first complete the payment in the currency shown on the payment information page and contact us (help@deploygate.com) with the information below.
We will process the refund and change the payment currency. Please note that we will then reprocess the payment using the updated currency.
Workspace ID
New currency
If you register your payment information by connecting from Japan, the payment will automatically be processed in Japanese yen.
You can configure your payment information from “Settings” > “Pay by credit card” on the Workspace Admin console.
You can also access the page from the link below.
Please replace the [Workspace ID] with your own workspace ID in the following link, and access it with logging in to the Workspace administrator account.

If you are connecting from outside Japan when registering your payment information, the payment currency will be the currency shown on the payment information page.
If you wish to change the payment currency, please contact customer support.
Old Plans
Under discontinued plans, you cannot change the payment currency and the payment method.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we would appreciate it if you could consider signing up for one of our current plans.
