Can I Change My Payment Currency?

Please see the relevant section below for steps to change your currency, as the process varies by plan type.

Flexible Plans

If you would like to change your currency, please contact Customer Support (help@deploygate.com) with the following information.

  • Workspace ID

  • New currency

Old Plans

If you chose a Credit Card as your payment method for your Old Plan, you selected either USD or JPY during your original application.

Plans for Individual Developers (Lite, Pro, Biz, Personal Pro)

Unfortunately, you are on a discontinued Old Plan. You cannot change your payment method or currency.

Please consider switching your plan to one of our current offerings.

Organization Plans (Startup, Business, Large Business)

To change the currency, you must cancel your current plan first. When you reapply, you can select a different currency.

Once you cancel your current plan, as long as you complete the application process before your existing plan expires, you will not experience any interruptions to your services.

To access the currency selection page, please follow these steps.

  1. Go to the Organization’s “Settings” page and the “Current Plan” tab to select your desired plan.

2. Once you’ve chosen a plan, you will be redirected to the following page to select your currency and enter your payment information.
