This article outlines the process to migrate from an Old Individual Plan (Please visit here for details: https://intercom.help/deploygate/en/articles/6543892) to a Flexible Plan.

* If you use Individual Plan (a new free plan), please refer to this ( https://intercom.help/deploygate/ja/articles/8054940)
** If you would like to transfer many applications simultaneously, please contact DeployGate Customer Support Desk help@deploygate.com.

  1. Please visit here (https://deploygate.com/pricing) to apply for a Flexible Plan.

  2. Once you’ve completed your Flexible Plan application, follow the instructions to invite members to the Workspace and to create an Organization.
Please visit here (https://docs.deploygate.com/docs/administrator-guide/ep-group/ep-add-group/) for information on how to create an Organization in the Workspace.

  3. After creating an Organization, click on your account name in the top right corner of the screen and select “Workspaces.” Alternatively, click on this (https://deploygate.com/organizations) link.

  4. On this page, you will see your Workspace and the Organizations you’ve created. Select the applicable Organization.
    ① is your Workspace’s name(s).
    ② displays your Workspace’s Organizations.

  5. Click on the “Migrate application” button from the Organization’s Details Screen.

  6. A list of migratable apps will appear. Select the apps that you want to migrate to this Organization and click on the “Initiate migration” button.

  7. The message, “Initiating migration. Would you like to continue?” will appear. Click on “OK” to proceed.

  8. The process is successful when you see the “Migration has been completed” message.

Please verify the number of Testers associated with the individual app.

Please visit your “Dashboard” and the individual app’s details page to see if the number of Testers exceeds your Flexible Plan’s member limits.

If the number of Testers exceeds the Flexible Plan’s member limits, you must either reduce the number of Testers or increase the Flexible Plan’s member limits.
