Migrate Apps from an Old Personal Plan to a Flexible Plan
1. Please visit the following page to apply for a Flexible Plan.
2. Once you’ve finished applying the Flexible Plan, the Workspace will be issued.
Add members to the Workspace you created. Please visit the following page for information about inviting members.
3. Create a Project in the Workspace you created. Please visit the following page for information on how to create a Project.
4. After creating a Project, click on your account name in the top right corner of the screen and select “Workspaces.” Alternatively, click on the link below.
5. On this page, you will see your Workspace and the Projects you’ve created. Select the applicable Project.
6. Click on the “Migrate application” button from the Project dashboard.
7. A list of migratable apps will appear. Select the apps that you want to migrate to this Project.
Since all users participating in the app are added to the workspace as members, if migrating the app would exceed the Enterprise plan’s member limit, an error will occur and the migration cannot be completed.
Please proceed with the migration after you’ve adjusted the user list.
If you have many apps to migrate or a large number of participating users
You can use the API to view and remove users who are currently participating in an app. Please consider using it. You can also delete all participating users at once.

If you wish to migrate a large number of apps at once, please contact the DeployGate Customer Support Desk at help@deploygate.com.
8. The message, “Initiating migration. Would you like to continue?” will appear. Click on “OK” to proceed.
9. The process is successful when you see the “Migration has been completed” message.
Note
Please check the number of testers associated with the app to be migrated
From the Dashboard, open the individual app’s details page before migration and confirm that the number of testers does not exceed the Flexible plan’s member limit.
If the number of testers exceeds the Enterprise plan’s member limit, you will need to either reduce the number of testers or increase the Enterprise plan’s member allotment.
Also, if you will no longer use your Personal Pro account after migrating the app, please note that you will need to complete the cancellation procedure on your side.
Please proceed with cancellation only after confirming that the app has been successfully migrated because Personal Pro becomes unavailable immediately after you complete the cancellation procedure.
*As of March 14, 2022, we have stopped accepting new subscriptions to Personal Pro. Once canceled, you will no longer be able to use Personal Pro features.
