How do I switch from an Individual (Free) Plan to a Flexible Plan?

This article outlines how to migrate apps when switching from an Individual Plan to a Flexible Plan. If you use other plans, please refer, please refer to here ( https://intercom.help/deploygate/en/articles/8260520)

  1. Please visit here (https://deploygate.com/pricing) to apply for a Flexible Plan.

  2. Once you’ve completed your Flexible Plan application, follow the instructions to invite members to the Workspace and to create an Organization.

    Please visit here (https://docs.deploygate.com/docs/administrator-guide/ep-group/ep-add-group) for information on how to create an Organization in the Workspace.

  3. After creating an Organization, click on your account name in the top right corner of the screen and select “Workspaces.” Alternatively, click on this (https://deploygate.com/organizations) link.

  4. On this page, you will see the Workspaces and Organizations you’ve created or are participating in. In the “My Organization” section, you will see the Organization(s) you created on your Individual Plan. Select the applicable Organization.

    ① is the default, free Organization from your Individual (Free) Plan.
    ② is the name of your Workspace(s).
    ③ displays your Workspace’s Organizations.


  5. Go to your Organization’s Details Screen and click on the Settings icon.

  6. At the bottom left of the screen, click the “Migrate apps to other Organizations” tab.

  7. A list of migratable apps will appear. Select the apps you want to migrate to this Organization and click the “Select a destination Organization” button.

  8. Select the destination Organization and click on the “Migrate to this Organization” button.

  9. Click on your account name in the top right corner of the screen and select “Organization.” Select the app’s destination Organization from the previous steps to go to your Workspace.

  10. The migration process is successful if the application appears on the Applications list on the Organization’s Details Screen.
