Flexible Plan Credit Card Payments
Log in to DeployGate with an account that has administrator privileges.
Select the Workspace name from the top right of your Dashboard to display the Workspace Admin Console.
Click on “Pay by credit card.”
Click on the “Customer Portal (Stripe)” link.
Click on the “Customer Portal (Stripe)” link.You will be redirected to Stripe’s Customer Portal. Please scroll through “Invoice History” and select the applicable date.
An invoice and receipt screen, like the one below, will appear. Click on “Download receipt” to download.
Old Individual Plan Credit Card Payments (Including Personal Pro Plan)
Log in to DeployGate and select “Account Settings” from the top right of the screen.
On your account’s Profile screen, click on the “Billing History” tab from the menu on the left.
Your billing history will appear. Click on the “View Invoice/Receipt” button to the right of the applicable date to view the invoice and receipt.
Old Organization Plan Credit Card Payments (Including Startup, Business, and Large Business Plans)
At the top right of your Dashboard, click on the icon and select “Organization” from the menu.
A list of your Organizations will appear. Select the Organization for which you want to obtain a receipt.
On the Organization’s Details Screen, click on “Settings.”
On the Organization’s Settings Screen, click on the “Billing History” tab from the menu on the left.
Your billing history will appear. Click on the “View Invoice/Receipt” button to the right of the applicable date to view the invoice and receipt.
