How patients can redeem purchased treatments

What happens after someone buys a treatment and books their appointment?

The redemption process of treatments helps you and your patients keep track of which treatments were used by patients (they already came in clinic to have the treatment done), and which ones are yet to be used (they have not yet come in clinic to get their treatment done).

There are 2 ways to redeem a treatment; so that either your patient can redeeming a treatment, or you can do it on behalf of them.

If the patient is in a rush and cannot redeem their treatment, you can also redeem a treatment on behalf of the patient from your dashboard.

To redeem a treatment, this process must be done securely in clinic. Here's how it goes.

It's important that members keep track of their remaining sessions/treatments/units they have left to avoid confusion in the process.

  1. Under "Treatments", the user must select the treatment they've come in clinic to redeem (the treatment they have just had or are about to have done).

Clicking on the treatment will give more info, such as for example the amount of sessions remaining.

2. Click on "Scan in office to redeem":

3. Input the quantity. If the patient is coming in for their first session of two, just input 1 session like so:

5. Scan the QR code by clicking on the "Scan QR" button at the very top right of your dashboard:

6. Once scanned, click "Save".

7. After saving, the user will see their remaining sessions decrease:

Congrats! Your patient has successfully redeemed a session and can keep track of remaining sessions.
