Points configuration
1. Points per Sign-up
How many points a new patient receives immediately after signing up to your app. Think of this as a welcome gift to build goodwill with your patients!
💡 Pro tip: we recommend setting the sign up point amount to be equal to the number of points required to unlock the first reward. This will both incentivise app downloads, and allow your patients to immediately grasp how the points system works.
2. Points per Referral
How many points patients receive when inviting a friend to your app. Learn more about how referrals work.
Here's how referrals will look like in your app:
3. Points per Google review
How many points a patient receives when leaving a Google review. Learn more about how patients get points for Google reviews here.
Here's how Google reviews will look like in your app:
4. Points per Check-in (per scan)
How many points a patient receives when checking in. A 'check-in' is proof that your patient has visited you in person, achieved through the scanning function. To learn more about how your patients perform check-ins, visit this article.
💡 Pro tip: we recommend setting the Check-in point amount to be equal to 1/2 of the number of points required to unlock the second reward. This will make the patient understand that they will need only 2 more visits in order to unlock the second reward, keeping things fun and achievable for the patient.
Points per purchase
How many points your patient receives when making an in-app purchase, based on the currency amount spent. (i.e. if purchase reward is set to 1, the user earns 1 points per £1 spent)
For example, after a purchase from a patient totalling £127:
If purchase reward is set to 1, the patient earns 127 points.
If purchase reward is set to 2, the patient earns 254 points.
If purchase reward is set to 3, the patient earns 381 points.
Etc...
💡 Pro tip: we recommend setting the purchase point amount to set at 1 so that there is no confusion between the value of points and the intrinsic currency amount value of each reward.
