As soon as you realize you have left something behind after your stay, please let us know by reporting the item lost in your Guest Portal

Any items of any value left behind will be placed in our Lost & Found bin which we keep in a secure location until they are claimed by guests. We have returned iPads, wedding rings, and even this pair adorable mushroom-themed slippers that our entire staff wanted for themselves. We donate items in the Lost & Found at the end of every year.

If you want us to ship something back to you, the fee is $25 + shipping.
