In this article, you will learn how to sync invoices to QuickBooks. Once you integrate DesignFiles and QuickBooks, all future submitted and paid invoices will be synchronized.
However, it is worth noting that invoices created prior to the integration will not be automatically synced to QuickBooks. Lastly, invoices with draft status will not be synced automatically.
On the Menu, click My Projects and select the project where the invoices were created.
2. Click INVOICES to open the Invoice Overview page.
3. Find the invoice that you want to sync to QuickBooks and click its More Options menu.
4. On the menu, click the Sync with QuickBooks Toggle icon to enable or disable this option.
