Overview
In this article, you will learn how to update your company information and brand your DesignFiles account to match that of your company. There are 4 sub-sections in this article wherein each one demonstrates the following tasks:
Updating Company Information
This section will guide you on how to update your company information.
 1. Find and click the Account Menu and select Settings. You will be directed to the Account Settings page.
 2. On this page, you can update your DesignFilesâ account details and configuration.
 3. Update your company information by clicking the Update icon for the following fields:
Email Address
Password
Full Name
Business Name
Business Phone #
Website
Address
Currency
Tax Rate
Units of Measurements
 4. After clicking the Update icon, the selected field will be enabled. Change the value of the enabled field.
 5. Once you complete the update, always save the changes by clicking the Save button within the active dialog box.
Adding a Profile Photo
This section will guide you on how to add a profile photo. This photo will appear in your profile when you interact with clients and teammates.
 1. Find and click the Account Menu and select Settings. You will be directed to the Account Settings page.
 2. On this page, you can update your DesignFilesâ account details and configuration.
 3. In the Add Profile Photo section, click the Choose File button.
 4. The File Location window opens, find the image that you want to set as your profile photo, and click Open.
Note: to remove an existing profile photo, click the Delete (Trash Bin) icon.
Adding a Company Logo
This section will guide you on how to upload a company logo to your DesignFiles account. It is worth noting that by adding a company logo, it allows clients to recognize your company.
 1. Find and click the Account Menu and select Settings. You will be directed to the Account Settings page.
 2. On this page, you can update your DesignFilesâ account details and configuration.
 3. In the Add Logo section, click the Choose File button. While we do not have a set measurement for the logo, our DesignFiles placeholder logo is 600 x 145 px. This is a good ratio to ensure your logo utilizes the space well. It should be wider than it is tall. Also, ensure there are no unnecessary white spaces on the outside of the logo.
 4. The File Location window opens, find the image that you want to set as your company logo and click Open.
Note: to remove an existing company logo, click the Delete (Trash Bin) icon.
Branding Company Colors
This section will guide you on how to brand your DesignFilesâ account to match your specific company colors. This helps provide a seamless client experience between your website and DesignFiles account.
 1. Find and click the Account Menu and select Settings. You will be directed to the Account Settings page.
2. On this page, you can update your DesignFilesâ account details and configuration.
3. Find the Branding section and choose the preferred colors for each property:
Primary Brand Color
Secondary Brand Color
Header Brand Color
 4. Click Save Colors to update the company color branding.
Note: to remove/reset the colors, click the Reset Color link.
Important Note: Avoid using White or Light colors for the Primary/Secondary color or key buttons/links will not be visible.
