If you encounter a little spinner or a loading icon for the image (or the wrong image is displaying). Click the Right Arrow > (located beside the product Thumbnail) a few times to load up the proper image. See the image below.

If the above instruction doesn’t work, you can use the method below as an alternative. Click the Image Picker (located at the top right of the thumbnail), then click back on the main image on the page that you would like to clip. This will grab the image and load it in the clipping screen.

You can then go ahead with saving the image as usual.
