Overview

In this article, you will learn how to access useful promotional links and materials that you can use to market to and land new clients. These materials can be added to your website by embedding widget codes or links.

In addition, these resources are designed to drive traffic to your questionnaire/packages pages to attract potential clients.

 1. On the Menu, click My Projects to open the My Projects page.

 2. Find and click the Invite Clients button to open the Invite Clients window. This window lets you access the various promotional links and materials.

 3. In the Which Page Do you Want to Share? field, select the Questionnaire Page radio button.

 4. After selecting the Questionnaire Page, you can select your preferred promotion method:

The Invite Client Widget option allows you to manage the customizable widget that you can add to your website. In the Reach New Clients with Your Own Custom Widget page, you can set the widget’s properties. On the left panel, these fields enable you to customize your widget design. While you are customizing the widget, you can also see a real-time preview on the right panel.

 1. On the Menu, click My Projects to open the My Projects page.

 2. Find and click the Invite Clients button to open the Invite Clients window.

 3. In the Which Page Do you Want to Share? field, select the Questionnaire Page radio button.

 4. Click the Add a ‘ Invite Client’ Widget to Your Website option.

 5. In the What Page Should Client Land On? field, select the radio button on which landing page you want your clients to land on:

 6. Set the widget size by clicking the Select Widget Size field’s drop-down arrow:

 7. To display the profile photo, turn on the Show Profile Photo Toggle icon.

 8. Set the widget’s background image. In the Select Background  Image or Upload Your Own field, click the drop-down arrow to choose your preferred background.
 9. In the Edit Services Text field, enter the description of your preferred services and click Update Text to apply the changes.
 10. To add codes that you want to add to your page, enter the codes in the Codes field.
 11. Review all the fields and when you’re ready, click the Copy to Clipboard button to get the widget code and add it to your website.

The Design Questionnaire Page Link option enables you to copy the DesignFiles’ design questionnaire link that you can embed into your website or other platforms, or send it directly to your clients.

 1. On the Menu, click My Projects to open the My Projects page.

 2. Find and click the Invite Clients button to open the Invite Clients window.

 3. In the Which Page Do you Want to Share? field, select the Questionnaire Page radio button.

 4. Find the Grab Your Design Questionnaire Link option and click the Copy button to copy the link.
