Unfortunately, some websites do not allow their images to be clipped or saved. If you are getting an error message when you try to clip, this is likely why.

You can typically get around this issue by downloading the product image manually:

 1. Right-click (or control-click on Mac) on the product image and then select Save as... or Download to store this image on your computer.

 2. Once downloaded, you can manually add products to your library from either the Products page: https://designfiles.co/items/library or the My Library tab (in the editor). Click the Upload button to reveal the upload screen. See Manually Upload Products to your Library for more information.

 3. From there, select the product image you wish to upload and click I'm Done.

 4. Then copy and paste the various details for the product including name, vendor, source link, unit price, markup, tags, and description and click the Save button.

If you're experiencing this issue, please reach out via the chat bubble in the bottom right and let us know which vendor you're trying to clip from. We'd be happy to investigate on our end.
