In this article, you will learn how to archive products and/or restore them.

Archiving Products

When archiving products, it is worth noting that they are no longer available for selection and will no longer appear in the Design Editor’s My Library option. To make the archived products available, you must restore the product.

 1. On the Menu, click Products to open the products library.

 2. Find the product that you want to archive and click its More Options icon [...] to access more options.

  • Note: you can use the Search field to filter by name, tag or product description. In addition, you can use the Product Filters to narrow your search. You can filter all products by project, vendor, or price.

3. Click Archive Product to archive the selected product. After clicking the option, the product image will appear faded indicating that it is archived and no longer visible in the  Design Editor’s My Library option.

Restoring Archived Products

Access and use the archived products again by restoring them. Follow the steps below to restore the archived products.

 1. On the Menu, click Products to open the products library.

 2. Find the product that you want to restore and click its More Options icon [...] to access more options.

  • Note: you can use the Search field to filter by name, tag or product description. In addition, you can use the Product Filters to narrow your search. You can filter all products by project, vendor, or price.

3. Click Restore Product to restore the selected product. After clicking the option, the product image will be back to normal indicating that it is already restored and is already available in the Design Editor’s My Library option.
