In this article, you will learn how to search, access, and view project quotes.
1. On the Menu, click Projects and select the project where the project quote is saved.
2. Click the QUOTES tab to access the Quotes Overview page.
3. Find the quote that you want to view and click its More Options menu to enable additional options.
4. Click View Quote to view the project quotation. A preview page will be generated displaying the quote details. This preview shows what your clients will see when they receive the quotation. The quote summary displays the following:
Item Name
Notes
Price
Quantity
Total
Approve Quote option
5. To exit the preview and go back to the Quotes Overview page, click Exit Preview.
