In this article, you will learn how to update invoice status using the Financials Menu. It is worth noting that you can also change invoice status from the project itself.Ā
Ā 1. On the Menu, click Financials to open the Financials Overview page.
Ā 2. To narrow down your search, use the Search bar and enter a keyword related to the invoice that you are looking for (i.e. Project Name, Client, Due Date, etc.).
Ā 3. Find the invoice that you want to update and click its More Options menu to enable additional options.
Ā 4. Click Change Status. This opens the Change Status dialog box.

5. In the Change Status dialog box, click the drop-down menu to select the appropriate status:
Draft
Submitted
Paid
Past Due
Ā 6. After selecting the status, click the Update Status button to save the changes.Ā
