The DesignFiles Notification feature keeps you up to date on project status, client interaction, invoices, approvals/disapprovals, and more. When a number appears on the bell icon, it indicates the number of notifications that require your attention.

1. In the upper right corner, click the Bell icon to access/enable the Notifications panel.

2. After clicking the Bell icon, the Notifications panel will expand enabling you to do the following:

3. Clicking on one of the notifications will direct you to the appropriate page. For example, a notification displays a Review Invoice button. If you click the button, you will be directed to that client-facing Invoice Preview page.

Please Note: If you are the Admin on a Team account, you may notice some notifications remain even after you have checked them. This happens when the notifications are related to a project that is assigned to other team members. The notifications will remain visible for you until the assigned team member checks their notifications. This gives the Admin an overview of which notifications have not yet been acknowledged by the associated members of the team.
