This generally occurs if you are situated outside the United States or Canada.

Currently, we only have pre-populated product libraries for the US and Canada, and these vendors rarely ship outside the aforementioned regions. If they do, fees are usually very expensive.

If you have preferred local vendors, you can use the Add to DesignFiles browser clipper to build up your own product library. Doing this will exponentially increase your efficiency when handling products during your design sessions.

It is also worth noting that we hide the PRODUCTS tab when you switch from USD or CAD to a different currency. This simply eliminates the confusion of using products that are from vendors who cannot or rarely ship to your locality.

Down the line, we will be layering in more vendors for the UK and Australia. This should provide more product choices.
