This typically happens if the connection between QBO and DesignFiles is no longer active.
Resolution
Contact DesignFiles Customer support (chat icon on your lower right) to disconnect QuickBooks on their end and then have you reconnect via https://designfiles.co/settings/quickbooks_sync
