Create a task template to use with multiple projects

You can now create task templates to easily populate on multiple projects.


Creating a task template.


1. Click on the Tasks tab on your dashboard

2. Select "Use a template" and then "Manage Templates"

3. Select "Add a Task Template"

4. Name the template for easy reference.

5. Locate the Template and Select the menu to Edit

6. Add your tasks selecting your priority and assignee, and then save the template.

Using a task template.

  1. Go to the project you wish to add the Task template to and select the taskbar within the project.

  2. Select the "Use a Template" button

3. Select from your list of templates

4. It will automatically populate all the tasks from your template into your task list.
You can then rearrange the task list if needed by hovering over the task and dragging the square up or down
