How does billing work on DesignLumo?

DesignLumo uses a subscription-based billing model.

You pay monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you choose. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.

No hidden charges. No surprise fees.


What payment methods are supported?

We support most major credit and debit cards, including:

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • American Express

  • Other widely accepted international cards

Payments are processed securely.


Who handles payments for DesignLumo?

All payments are processed through Dodo Payments, our trusted payment provider.

DesignLumo never stores your card details. Payment information is handled securely by Dodo Payments.


Monthly vs yearly plans

  • Monthly plans are billed every month and can be canceled anytime

  • Yearly plans are billed once per year and offer better value compared to monthly pricing

You can switch between monthly and yearly plans from your account settings.


Free credits and billing

Free credits are provided only to test the platform.

Once your free credits are used, you need an active subscription to continue generating designs.


Auto-renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.

If you do not want to continue, cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged.


Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
After cancellation, you will keep access until the end of your current billing period.


Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we offer 7-day money-back guarantee

If you believe there was a billing issue or an incorrect charge, contact support and we will review it.
