Common Reasons Your Purchase Does Not Go Through

One of the most common reasons a Purchase will not go through is because the "Cookies" in your browser is disabled.

  1. Go the the Settings menu.

Tip:  If you're using Chrome - you can paste this shortcut into the address bar for quick access: chrome://settings/content/cookies?search=cookie 

2. Next go to the "Advanced" section at the bottom of the screen.

3. Go to the Content Settings menu and click to expand.
​

4. Click the Cookies menu to expand

5. Make sure that "Allow sites to save and read cookies data" is Enabled and "Block third-party cookies" is disabled.
