The supported file formats are: .mp3, .mp4, .wav, .mov, .aac, Youtube and Vimeo videos.

In the Dashboard, start by clicking the '+Create' button. For this example we are going to choose 'Import from YouTube'.

Fill out the first 2 questions - these can always be changed. For the baseline question select 'Upload File/Insert Link'.

Depending on what you want to import select 'Import From YouTube' if you want to import a YouTube video or 'Import From Video' if you want to import or upload the video. If you want to import an audio file, select 'Import from Podcast'.

For this example we are going to choose 'Import from YouTube'.

Enter the URL of the YouTube video. Then click on 'Add'.

Click on 'Let's Start' - you can leave the topic question blank.

While Designrr imports your file, you should see a similar message...

If you are uploading the media file, once the file is uploaded click on the 'Start Transcription' button.

Once the transcription is finished you will receive a 'transcription completed' email. All the transcribed audio and video files are stored in the 'Docs' section.
