Adding a License

The account owner can go to the Billing tab within the admin area (click on settings icon in top right). Next click on billing tab and then ‘Change’ within the subscription box. A license window will pop up, here you can change the number of licenses from the 'number of users' dropdown menu. Next, select ‘continue’ to update your account. You will immediately be charged a subscription fee for the new user(s), or for the time remaining until the next subscription payment, depending on where you are within the current invoice period.

To invite a new user(s) - Go to the user’s tab, select the ‘Invite People’ button, this will allow you to add in the email of the new user, they will then receive an email to set up their login. Once that has been setup, they will be able to login.

If you have Roles and permissions set up, please make sure you assign a role at the time you send the invite. If Project permissions are active you will need to either assign an office location or project to the user, once they are active on the account.

Removing a License

You can adjust the number of users on your account at any time, just go to the billing tab and click on 'Change' within the subscription window to access the license window. After changing the license number, select continue to update your account, once that is finalized you will see a credit on the billing tab for the unused time of the removed license. The credit will be applied to the next subscription invoice.

Before you can downgrade the license number, make sure you match the number of users on the user’s tab to how many licenses are set up within the license window, you will not be able to downgrade if you have more active users than the number of licenses. i.e. to downgrade to 5 licenses from 6, there must only be 5 users on the users tab.
