Choose where your alerts go (delivery)

Decide, alert by alert, which destinations get notified.

All triggered alerts appear on the Notifications page. To be warned outside the app (on Telegram), you also need to set up each alert's delivery.

The principle

  1. First, create your destinations in Settings → Notifications (Telegram private message, or a team Telegram channel). See "Get your alerts on Telegram".

  2. On the Alerts page, for each alert you care about, click Delivery and check the destinations that should receive it.

With no destination checked, the alert still fires but only appears on the Notifications page: it goes nowhere else.

Fine-grained routing

Delivery is set per alert and per destination. So you can, for example:

  • send Sale to the whole team's Telegram channel;

  • keep your custom "Meeting" alert as a direct message to the manager;

  • leave Offered services on the Notifications page only.

The exception: mandatory alerts

The Out of funds alert is always sent to all your enabled destinations, whatever the delivery configuration: when the bot stops for lack of credits, you need to know.

On the Notifications page

Each row shows the alert, the model, the fan, the reason and the time it fired, with an Open conversation button. Filter by status (All, Unread, Read), by alert type and by model, and click Mark as seen as you go: it is your supervision to-do list.
