Deleting Your Account

We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may find yourself contemplating the deletion of your account on DeskNow. It is with a heavy heart that we provide you with the steps to proceed with this decision. We genuinely regret seeing you go, but we respect your choice.

To delete your account, follow these instructions:

When you arrive at the Bookings.desk-now.com website, sign in using your credentials. Once logged in, navigate to the top right corner of the page where you will find your name displayed. Click on your name to reveal a dropdown menu. From this menu, select "Settings".

In the settings page, you will need to scroll down until you locate the second-to-last option, which is highlighted in a vivid red color. This option reads "Delete My Account". By clicking on this button, a confirmation window will appear, prompting you to confirm your decision.

If you are certain about deleting your account, click on "Delete Account" to proceed. The next window will ask you to enter your email address. Once you've entered your email, click on the "Submit" button located on the left side of the window.

And just like that, your account will be permanently deleted from DeskNow.
