As forms increase in size, they can become more challenging to manage. For easier navigation, we suggest using our collapse feature for both Subforms and Repeat Groups. In this article, we'll provide an overview of this feature.

You'll notice that when a group is selected, the outline is highlighted for easier viewing of the questions inside. There will also be a collapse icon on the right side of the group.

When the collapse icon is pointed downward and you click on it, the collapse action will be triggered. If there are no groups within the selected group, the entire subform or repeat group will collapse.

To expand the group and show the inner content, you can select the "Click To Expand" text or the collapse icon which is now pointing upward.

When there is a group(s) within your subform or repeat group, the collapse action will take multiple clicks to fully compress. See the example below, which contains an inner group.

Upon first click, all inner groups are collapsed.

After a second click, the entire group collapses.
