Update Credit Card Information
If you need to update the credit card payment information you have on file with us, you can do so online on your dashboard:
Navigate to www.devicemagic.com.
If not logged in, click Sign In and enter your details.
Once logged in, click on the "Billing Settings" button.
OR
Then, click the green "Update Billing" button to supply new details:
We immediately verify your card so you should receive an error if we're unable to perform a verification transaction (usually $0, but can be $1 which gets refunded within 24-48 hours).
Note: You're welcome to give us a call and have us update your billing details for you, but please don't e-mail us this information.
Additional Options
In this section, you can download previous invoices for your records.
You can also edit your Billing email by clicking "edit" next to the email address.
